What?
BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) is a common cause of dizziness that occurs when small crystals in the inner ear move out of place within the balance organ.
It typically causes brief spinning sensations when you roll over in bed, bend forward, or look up.

Who?
BPPV often affects people from middle age onward, but it can occur at any age. Symptoms may appear suddenly, sometimes after a fall, infection, or without a clear cause.
The good news: BPPV can be effectively treated.
How?
Through balance physiotherapy (also called vestibular rehabilitation), we perform specific repositioning manoeuvres, such as the Epley manoeuvre, to return the crystals to their correct place in the inner ear.
We also focus on helping you:
- Regain confidence in your balance
- Manage dizziness with targeted exercises
- Reduce fall risk through stability and balance training
The treatment is usually short and highly effective, with noticeable improvement often after just one or a few sessions.
